When will my order be shipped?
Orders received before 12 noon EST weekdays will be processed the same day. Your gift should be in the mail within 2 - 3 business days from the day the order is placed.
Do you ship only by ground (UPS or US Post Office)?
Most items can be shipped by air or a faster method through UPS or the US Post Office. Please use the Contact Us page or email me at claudia@theanniversaryshop.com to inquire about faster shipping methods.
Why do some items show an additional shipping and handling cost?
Some items, such as pewter and crystal, require special packaging and handling to ensure that they arrive without breakage or damage. The extra costs associated with these items cover the special care that is taken to ensure that your gift(s) arrive in perfect condition.
What do I do if something is broken or damaged when it arrives?
